Apologies for posting overtime. My brain is so muddled I'm hardly able to form coherent thoughts let alone focus on anything or work. I need a plan. I need to get my **** together again. The combination of quitting smoking, having family staying with us and disrupting my routine, stress and not having concrete deadlines (but a hell lot of work) is making me incredibly unproductive. The Word "Excuse" In Our Society

I often hear people in our society say "you're just making an excuse" when someone tells them they can't do something.

It really disturbs me how the word "excuse" is used frequently to invalidate those with mental health issues, while at the same time making them feel broken and incompetent.

It makes me upset to see people treat those with ADHD bad, by saying they are "using their ADHD as an excuse."

I'm 8 weeks postpartum this is always when my ppd and anxiety hit me. I have 3 children and this was my last. I take adderall ir 20 mgs twice daily and lexapro 10 mgs. I started the pill 10 days ago and lost my *****ing mind! I have been extremely anxious,agitated and weepy. I stopped it yesterday and my husband and I are considering permanent options.

corny title but hey, I'm tired. it gets jumbled a bit but needs to to make sense, and this is hitting me hard.

so classes are starting in 20 days and I'm starting to try to ring in my sleep. I've done this before, waking up at one time set's your'e sleep cycle up.
