I've recently found the energy to finally start running again. What I've found is a supreme sense of clarity after a intense sprint, followed by sharp vision. Hyperfocus is lowered as well.

Anyways, beyond the digression. I am wondering if any of you have found significant success with exercise.

Does it work for you?

If so, how long do beneficial results last? - e.g: do you have to keep running or exercising every 2-3 hours to stay normal?
