Has anyone tried "The ADD Audio Coach" which is an audio CD and workbook for those who are not quite ready to use a ADD coach in person (or can't afford an ADD coach). The one review that I read, says that it is not too bad. It sells for about $50.00.

Or would it be just as well to use a book, such as, "You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy?!" or "ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life," both of which seem like good books to help the ADD patient with everyday ADD problems.
