The one review that I read, says that it is not too bad. It sells for about $50.00. Or would it be just as well to use a book, such as, "You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy?!" or "ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life," both of which seem like good books to help the ADD patient with everyday ADD problems. luke 11-11-06, 03:19 AM I can highly recomend checking out www.brainsync.com (http://www.brainsync.com) and getting high focus which is only $10 to download and if used each day , raises the frequency of your brainwaves. its like an energetic meditation kwalk 03-10-08, 02:23 AM luke does it help you? I decided to give it a shot, and just tried it for the first time. Wow, it actually does have an effect (at least on me)! No miracles, but after 10-15 minutes I did find I felt less brain-foggy and was able to concentrate on the book I was reading instead of reading the same sentence over and over. I'm quite impressed, as I haven't had much success with other methods of improving my concentration. I'm going to keep using it while I work. :) Godson20 09-28-08, 10:25 PM I can highly recomend checking out www.brainsync.com (http://www.brainsync.com) and getting high focus which is only $10 to download and if used each day , raises the frequency of your brainwaves. its like an energetic meditation Hes not lying. It is a VERY nice product. Something about those sounds I like. With the medication this is a great complement. weezie08 10-23-08, 05:50 PM has anyone tried anything from the following site http://www.instantaddsuccess.com/index.cfm?affID=Evolutions I've subscribed to their email list - and initially enjoyed their emails - they had some tips on how to get organized and focus. I was tempted to order some of their products - but now am confused as there's so much - don't know where to start - or are they totally hoaky??? has anyone tried any of these products - or can you recomend any others?? I'm a total newbie to this site - so bear with me. But I am desparate to get some organization in my life - I'm behind in my business bookeeping, taxes, my housework etc - all areas of my life are cluttered and un-organized.. can anyone tell me what's worked for them??? thanks Crackerjack 10-25-08, 08:42 PM I can highly recomend checking out www.brainsync.com (http://www.brainsync.com) and getting high focus which is only $10 to download and if used each day , raises the frequency of your brainwaves. its like an energetic meditation I decided to give this a shot and downloaded the mp3 yesterday. Listened to one of the 30 minute tracks on the way into an all day lecture. Usually I have a hard time following what a lecturer says unless I have something visual (like an outline or something) when they're talking. This time I was able to follow him much better than I usually am for the first 1 1/2 hours. I'm planning on listening to it again tomorrow so it'll be interesting to see what happens. Crackerjack 11-02-08, 11:39 PM Well, aside from that first day, I haven't felt my concentration get sharper or been able to focus more. To anyone who's used this, do you listen to both tracks together or space them out during the day? |
