Do any of you know what 'afbakbrood' is? and how would you call it in english?
It's Dutch, btw, and literally means 'finish baking bread'
It comes in a sealed plastic bag, and before you eat it, you need to put it in the oven (without the plastic of course), for about 10-15 minutes.
And you're left with bread that's oven-fresh!
And the best thing is, you can keep it for quite a long time when it's sealed. So I keep it in the pantry, for day's when I've run out of regular bread again.
Anyway.. how do you call it?
