Write a Mirrored Refrain Poem

The poem has a minimum of four stanzas

The rhyme scheme is as follows: xaBA, xbAB, xaBA, xbAB, etc..
x represents the only lines that do not rhyme within the poem. A and B represent
the refrain.

Every first line does not rhyme with the rest of the poem.

The last two lines are refrains so they repeat. See the example.

Stanza set up:
xaBA
xbAB
xaBA
xbAB

Here is an example I just wrote :

Keep Climbing the Ladder of Your Dreams

When life seems like it will never change,
eyes have lost their sparkle and gleam,
remember not to get down or dismayed,
keep climbing the ladder to your dreams.

When your past mistakes comes to haunt,
all your faults seem to be displayed,
keep climbing the ladder to your dreams,
remember not to get down or dismayed.

When sadness fills your aching heart,
tears flow down your face in streams,
remember not to get down or dismayed,
keep climbing the ladder to your dreams.

When all your efforts seem to fail miserably,
smiles disappear, nerves are worn and frayed,
keep climbing the ladder to your dreams,
remember not to get down or dismayed.

When every opportunity seems to pass you by,
progress is thwarted by someone's schemes,
remember not to get down or dismayed,
keep climbing the ladder to your dreams.
