I just started working at a childcare center in a fitness club. The ADD is actually working to my advantage for once. I don't have the same kids everyday, I get to do a bunch of things all at once, I don't have to finish any one thing in particular (as the children's attention span is almost as short as mine), and I tend to wear out the kids more than they wear me out.

Woot! Woot! So far, so good! Of course it's only been a week and a half...so, I hope this one works out for me. :p

Hehe, if I had that job, I'd go crazy. I can't stand a lot of chaos and get overstimulated in an environment like that. :P

It can be hectic, but I'm used to my own disorganized ways...

When it gets really chaotic, I just get very stern. The other day, I told the kids to stop running around inside, or I'd put them all in time out. One little girl whispered to her brother "she's stronger than all of us, we better listen" LOL

I feel like myself when I'm around kids. I guess that means I never really grew up. ;)

I'm glad to give you some hope, Charlie. How old is your daughter?

I'm 20 and I have so much trouble with school...I skipped the past two semesters for various reasons. I wasn't on meds while I was in school, so hopefully when I return, I'll do much better.

Best wishes to you and your daughter. She can do anything she wants as long as her heart's in it.
