I started (10mg) celexa this past sunday, I was taking (10mg) lexapro but my insurance won't cover it. I did great on lexapro, my doc said that I may have to take more celexa to get back to where I was. I've been feeling really bad this past week, have felt more anxious, headachy, more negative thinking. I tend to get physical stuff easily when there's psychy stuff going on. Stress and whatnot. I was just wondering if it'll get better when my dose goes up? And if people felt different on celexa than lexapro...even though they are basicly the same thing.
