There is something wrong with me but I am not sure what it is. I get a pressure and/or tingling inside my skull. This is followed by memory problems, severe focus and concentration issues. I can barely do anything when this happens and worst of all I have no clue what is happening. Sometimes it gets so bad I just sit there catatonic like.

You need to see a doctor ASAP. We are not medical professionals here and even if we were, we couldn't diagnose you over the Internet.

Yeah that might be a good Idea. This has been going on for a year or two maybe more I have had test done in this time and have found nothing(not for this issue I was describing). Also the pressure is usually in the front of my head kind like a the pressure from a headache just without any pain. The tingling is in the back of my head. Also not really looking for a diagnosis just a guess.

I did have a seizure about 4 years ago while taking Prozac or Paxil can't remember which one. Maybe I have epilepsy. But the reason I have this in this forum is it's as if my add symptoms are 50x worse and I am kinda just hoping that maybe its just add( I do know that doesn't make sense.). Does anyone experience a significant increase in add symptoms sometimes? Now here is where this makes sense I have a lot of anxiety. When this begins I make a lot of mistakes and I tend to get anxious which could cause a panic attack. My anxiety had gotten so bad for so long I have actually almost lost the ability to tell if I am anxious(I use to be able to tell if I was having a panic attack or was anxious.).

I agree, you need to see a doctor. It sounds a little like a kind of seizure. I don't know if you know, but not all seizures are the kind of "grand mal" you usually see on tv and stuff. There are many types of seizures.

I get that tingling and rigidity. Could be from an over excitation of neurotransmitters or in other words, a simple partial/ complex partial seizure. If you lose any memory about the event it could be a complex partial. My complex partials come with rigidity and lack of movement/speech.

Are you on medication? Drink caffeine or alcohol? Or are you under any stress? Stress can cause psychosomatic seizures. But if they are reoccurring something is definitely wrong there.

Any other unusual symptoms? Smells, visual/ auditory hallucinations, mood changes, eye drooping?

That's the thing I don't think it is seizures because I don't usually have long term memory loss from it just incredibly poor short term memory issues and poor cognition. An example: I took a break from playing chess with my brother after the intermission I tried to play but I couldn't. I kept moving pieces the wrong way and moving places I couldn't my brother thought I was joking around.
Other issues are trouble speaking or typing I will mix the words and letters into a sentence and it won't make sense unless you put the words into a different order or I will exchange letters in words while I am speaking(The issues in the last sentence are rare mabey 1-2 a month, but not something that usually occurs. While the others issues are more common maybe 1-5 a week, but some weeks it may not happen at all.). This is usually something that either happens often or rarely. So It will happen a lot or not at all for weeks.

That doesn't sound like what I experience but my memory isn't perfect.

When you feel like this, have you tried forcing yourself to do something. Sometimes I can do this.

What I find is, unless the task is really mundane/mindless (cleaning my room for example), actually doing the task, once I get to it, makes me feel better.

Cleaning makes me feel tired because I see the cleaning as a hopeless task from hell.

Now I know that is ADD but, I don't really have that problem unless I don't take any meds for a while. The issues I explained above are definitely not add at least not on its own. It could however be add accompanied by a very severe panic attack and as I mentioned I don't really know if I am having one or not I have kinda lost my ability to notice if I am anxious or not.

Long term memory is the stored memory.
My memory loss after a particularly nasty seizure is I'll forget everything I did that day up to the point of the seizure. I don't forget the seizure. I don't lose consciousness, even for grand mal/ clonic tonic. I experience every agonizing moment.

Afterwards I'm fatigued, usually takes me a while to regain movement (Todd's paralysis) but some mornings when I know I had a seizure in my sleep my motor skills will be slow and my memory fuzzy. I won't be able to write at my normal level or even think as clearly as I usually did. My words will be slurry and I usually have one eye really wide and a slightly droopy face.

Considering going on medication for it after the seizure/ migraine combo I had last night. I can't avoid the migraines. I'm extremely fatigued today as well but I can at least walk, talk and write at near to a normal level.

I think forcing yourself to something will make it worse. Just take about half an hour to regain your skills. Sometimes it will take longer but it's important to take it easy, if it is a seizure.

I have seizures ranging from simple partial to clonic tonic; temporal lobe epilepsy being the most frequent (no typical symptoms - muscle jerking etc - just changes in mood and hallucinations).
