Okay, for me...three weeks ago...one of the best....he had flown a long way....so it felt neat anway....we met for the first time...and it was like instant sparks flew....we had reservations for brunch at this BEAUTIFUL hotel...and it was really neat...he picked me up....I had flowers for him....(yes it's year 2003)....anyway when we got there, they seated us at the best table in the place...where the view and ambiance was awesome and the opportunity for getting to know someone was perfect.... we talked and talked....and talked....and laughed and laughed....BEST sense of humor....and when we were all talked out we saw a movie....and we shared popcorn....very fun....and then we went to a coffee shop and talked some more and laughed and continued to get to know each other......I guess the reason the date was so nice...considering it was a first date..... was because he was so easy to be with.....and a delight and a gentleman...and every second wanted to make sure I was "okay"....PLUS he was gorgeous....so had a great time.....we did much more stuff....before date ended...but this thread is rated "G"...so I'll stop there....:)

andsure beat some of the BAD ones I have been on. and ive been onplenty of badones. funny, women LOVE to stand me up.why IS that?women? why do you stand us up?why not say youdont want to go out with us? i once had a date with a woman& and i picked her up at her house and her roommate said how she was in a car accident and was in the hospital.and turned out sheWAS. BUT felt like she got into accident on purpose jsut to avoid going out with me!anyways,so its good to have a great date to offset the bad ones.:)
