This might be better in the Fitness sub-forum
I normally just stick with protein shakes

I used to take Creatine, but I stopped. I didnt like Creatine Monohydrate, cause it just retained water and made me look swoll. I did like Creatine Ethyl Ester, but I think that does retain a little water.

I also take L-Arginine. Helps blood flow and is the building block for Nitric Oxide. Dont be fooled by Nitric Oxide pills, cause what they normally just contain a ton of Arginine anyways.

I should be taking multi-vitamins, i'm just lazy to get them...and more lazier to take them hehe

Not knowing much about his medications, but the thing that might concern me is the caffeine+creatine mix. adderall is a stimulant which can affect your heart rate, and caffeine affects your heart rate, etc etc...

I take 20ml of Hempseed Oil every day... I think it really might be quite good for you.

I will probably forget to take it soon though.

Such is life with ADHD.

That seems like a large list to me as well. There are days when I wonder
why I'm taking so many pills each morning, but my list is nothing like that.

meds:
Lotensin (for hypertension)
Sertraline (generic Zoloft)

supplements:
Fish oil (two gel caps)
Vitamin D (two mini gel caps)
B complex vitamin
Magnesium
