I just wanted to share that years ago I stumbled across a bill service that collects your bills (either on line or has hard copies sent to them). They organize your bills, keep copies, send reminders, sync your balances with your bank (and keep up with your balance), allow custom reports (even to MS Money and Quicken) and even will send you a cd rom record for each year. They are less than $15 a month and worth every penny!

I have used them for years (even without an ADD diagnosis) and they have been a life saver. In fact, the only bills I have trouble with are the ones that come to my house, in paper form.
