I have been unable to find any posts that fit my situation, so maybe someone can help.
I've suspected my employer of having ADD for sometime now and after reasearching the symtoms, am pretty well convinced he has it. We work closely together and at times, he can be very trying to work with. My problem is, I'm not really sure how to deal with it. Can anyone refer me to a source of information or to a group that advises non-ADD people on how to interact with folks with this disorder. TIA

You might want to check out the books that are listed at the top of these forums.

Also what specific issues are you having with your employer?

Are you ADD? If so, just do for your boss as you would have like done for you.
If you aren't, I found giving information visually more than orally does help alot.
Also don't overload information or question alot. This has helped me with my ADD boss :)

No, I'm not ADD. I am somewhat familiar with the condition through my wife. She has a learning disability for math and science and attended a summer course at Landmark College in VT. They specialize in assisting people (mostly college bound folks) with ADD, learning disabilities, etc. It was through her experience there that I became aware of ADD.

I'll check out those books, but so far I've found that most books on ADD are written to advise the afflicted person or advising parents with ADD children. Maybe I'll find something helpful in the books on this site. Thanks for your responses
