I think the headings you have are really good and willl make for easier reading than may forums I have seen One heading I feel is missing and that is for the non ADD Partners for them to be able to discuss things and to get answers form add's about specific things my hubbie often askes how other on add people feel etc and of course I don't know but mething like this I could give to him
