Isn't snow just so very ADD-friendly? Everything goes white and most all activity stops. It is a great gift for those of us who have problems with being overstimulated.

aww I miss 72. While we haven't had snow yet we've definatly had cold snaps. But, yes gotta love the season and the snow and the cold winter days spent renting movies, eating hot soup and vegging out on the sofa curled up next to your kids and hubby. CAN"T WAIT!!!!

it snowed here last night - had to scrape the car and everything! This morning my car was iced over and snow and yuch....

I know this sounds awful but I can't honestly remember what it's like to scrape my windows. Doug has always done it for me before I leave for work he'll start my car and clean my windows. We've had a lot of trouble at work with someone attacking women on their way to their cars at night, breaking into cars and someone has even tried to break into the nursing home, while the police make frequent rounds the chance is still there so Doug and another husband stop on their way to work and scrape our windows so we just have to get in and lock the doors and let the car warm up, leaving less chance for attack. I haven't really felt the need to tell him that it's a busy street when we leave with kids walking to school, so a lot of police vehicles driving the way and it's light outside. Why ruin a good thing?

It snowed all day today -- the lawns (and my car) are covered in sticky white stuff. The mall is playing Christmas music; the Christmas ads are in full swing... It's beginning to look a lot like.......

It started snowing here around 11:00am-ish and it's still snowing. They say we will see 2-4 inches by the time it stops Sat. Even with the snow I could not give up wearing my Red Sox sweat shirt for my winter coat :D

Our weather reports have been "predicting" snow for the last couple of weeks.........................still waiting.................have not seen any of the white stuff yet!
Hey Futs, that is really sweet of your hubby do that for you. When we bought my truck last year, my hubby surprised me by calling the dealership to have them put auto-start in my truck for me. So, no more going out in the snow & cold to warm up the truck. Just push a button from my nice warm house :D

Living in Central Texas, I have never seen a white Christmas. Did have a white day before Thanksgiving about 15 yrs ago. But in this area...snow = even crazier than usual drivers. The tow truck services made a FORTUNE. Bet they had a good Christmas that year!!!

Echo if you should see a white Christmas remember one piece of advice...going faster does not give you better traction. *grins*

If I ever see a white Christmas, I will NOT be out on the roads. I dont do snow, ice, sleet etc while driving. Its enough of a challenge to just drive when the roads are ok. Between the radio, looking for my cigarettes, the jerks with their lights on bright, and all that....I do well to make it where Im going with out having an "ADD Moment" rofl
