my ritalin prescription gets filled on tuesday, and im eager to see how its going to work for me, as i just finished trying concerta and it didnt mix too well with me. my mom had some ritalin from my older brother, but it was prescribed in 1998, and im a little hesitant to try it. does ritalin have a shelf life? or should i be fine taking this old stuff

I personally wouldnt take any meds that are older than one (1) year from when they are prescribed.
