I have trouble with sticking to schedules.....hours and hours and days pass without me getting anything done....even though deadlines become more and more urgent.

What can I do? please help!

adderall/dexadrine don't seem to help anymore! this is very scary for me.

Unfortuntaely medications wont help you stick to or make a schedule, thats where coping skills and behavior modifications come into play.

Medications can help find the motivation to seek out coping skills and behavior modification... but, yeah, I agree besides that.

I have the same problem as the OP but I am taking steps to fix it.
Watch my blog on this site, as I will record any success that I have there and include links to any helpful software, pdfs, advise, etc. as well as book reviews of anything I find helpful.

I like Leechblock for Firefox. Free download, you can set different options for different types of sites. I use it to limit news, social stuff, shopping, and yes, ADDF... :o
