I just got a RX for 5mg Desoxyn, because Adderall was making me ache like a 90 year old man! My bones felt all stiff and stabbing. Anyway my doctor just switched me and I go pick up the script Saturday. Just wondering what ti exoect. It was hard as hell to find a pharmacy in Indep,MO that would carry it. I ended up having to get it special ordered and it's $117 for the generic @ quantity 30. I only paid $8 for 60 10mg Adderall (brand name)! Like I said thought I would need some sort of opiate pain medecine to go to sleep because I ached so terribly. Pleese let me know if Desoxyn (Methamphetamine HCI) will be a better choice.

Which generic did they order? I don't see how it can hurt to try something else if Adderall wasn't working. Have you tried Dexedrine/dextroamphetamine?

Oh I know :lol: I just thought there were two companies that make the generic, Mylan, and Coastal Pharms, but apparently it's the same manufacturer. Also, it's HCl not HCI. /melvin
