Note: this recipe might be difficult for some to manage if you have trouble acessing Mexican products)

1. Special Mexican Cream- it comes in a jar and is white. You can find it in hispanic run stores, or in the hispanic section of some stores. Ask a sales clerk.

2. Mexican Cheese- the brand I usally use is called Manchego, again look for it in the Mexican or hispanic section.

3. Bacon or Canadian bacon.

4. Spagetti

1. get the ball rolling on the spagetti
2. shred the cheese and bacon(duh!)

3. When the spagetti is done, you need to make two layers of the following in the order written.

a. spagetti
b.bacon or Canadian bacon
c.the creme.

Once you've done this, put the oven at around 280, and take it out when it seems to be cooked.(ovens tend to vary so keep on eye on the meal, and vary the temperature as needed.)
