Anyone had any success with any of them?

I've heard things like Ginkgo Biloba can be good, Just wondering as i'm looking for something to try!

I've heard that the B vitamins are good for nerve support, A, E, and Zinc, Omega 3's, and to stay away from all forms of man-made, processed, refined, sugars. The natural sugars in fruits and vegies are fine, but nooooo refined or 'factory' type stuff. Exercise is also supposed to be awesome, but then, exercise is pretty-much a cure-all. I'm not that great at supporting myself with regard to ADD.

Knowledge of how ADD can manafest differently in each and every one of us, and the sharing of that knowledge and supporting coping statagies, has been the most benificial for me in terms of natural remidies.

Exercise in the form of my job which is very physical, to wear down my hyperactivity, and the ever changing scenery as I drive my truck on my routes on a daily basis.

I myself hate exercising for the sake of exercising, but getting paid to exercise makes me smile from ear to ear..
