I've always had troubles with being forgetful. What's going to happen when I'm much older?..... I keep reading about how when your in your 40's you'll notice your becoming more forgetful !!!
More forgetful, ya I need that...lol...
Will I be in 60's standing in line at the grocery store wondering if I remembered to but my underwear on?.....lol....Or will I have to look down at my feet to be sure I remembered to put on my other shoe after making coffee?.....lol.... Oh man, I better think of a plan now so my kids don't put me in a home.....lol...
Paula ;)
This is my thoughts Paula
When we were younger we didn't remember thing as we didn't know that we were forgetting things!!!!!!
Now that we are getting older and figuring out about the ADD we are starting to cope and make contingence plans to help us remember things
In 49 and I don't feel that my memory has got any worse but I do see where I'm doing things now to help me to remember to do things that I have to do
I'm Coping

Paula -- My answer to your post is YES:) I'm in my 40's an KNOW I am much more forgetful than I've ever been....I guess it's just part of life....not much I can do about it except do my BEST..and hope that the really important things I forget are far and few between....now if I forget to put on underwear?? How bad is that if noone knows?? My fear is forgetting something and getting "caught" or "found out" in the act....:(
