Just curious... knowledge has helped people conquer bigger obstacles than ADD. What is your personal experience?
PLEASE ANSWER HONESTLY AND DO NOT DISCUSS PROS/CONS OF MEDICATION

I would vote for both equally --but it's not an option in this poll, so I simply didn't vote.
When I first was dx'd, medication made a huge difference. The immediacy of improvement from medication was incredibly impressive. I still feel that I need the kick in the butt that meds give me, but meds are definitely not a cure-all for me. I am focusing a lot of my time & energy on "knowledge" --trying to develop habits that improve my ability to function more successfully with my ADD.

Awesome!
BTW the middle was both are equal... I just like to have fun with these types of things.
i didnt know what was "wrong" with me until i had done some research r.e.gained some knowledge.
the medication came after that & it helps while i try to gain more knowledge.
ya know what i mean? :)
i had to vote both but leaning toward knowledge.
