I have been searching these threads to see what other's have experienced with dexamphetamine sulphate & their ADHD - however I cannot seem to find anyone else mentioning it - this Dexedrine section comes closest.
I am in Australia - on my medication - it says
'Dexamphetamine Sulphate, each tablet contains Dexamphetamine Sulphate 5 mgs. Sigma Pharmaceuticals.'
I am wondering if this is the same/or generic version of the Dextroamphetamine and/ or Dexedrine mentioned in these posts - or a completely different ADHD medication just for us Aussies?

Dextroamphetamine sulphate is known by the brand name "Dexedrine" in North America, manufactured by Smith, Kline & French. Dexamphetamine sulphate is the same thing, but for some reason you Australians remove a couple of letters from the generic name - no idea why.

Thanks Gregster - us Aussies are normally in the habit of adding letters (like 'u') to your words *grin*

dexamphetamine is the chemical name fo the drug and Dexdrine is the Simth, Kline & French brand name for it. They are chemically the same. The difference might be in the filler they sue to create the pill.
Also dextroamphetamien salts sounds strangely like Adderal. That's a longer acting form of Dexedrine. Some like it and some don't.
