Has anyone thought of or tried improv? It can improve your listening skills, confidence, and your ability to think on your feet. All which I think many of us could benefit from.

I've done improv in speech and acting classes in college. Very fun! :)

Acting classes actually really helped with self-awareness and confidence.

I have very strong improvisational skills, which, if nothing else has helped to reduce the anxiety during my ADHD moments.

I actually did pretty well with improv in school. The adrenaline mixed with randomly blurting things out made me pretty entertaining. It was one of the few times just saying what was on my mind was perfectly acceptable. :D

I love Improv. As a family we are pretty good at it.
We brush up our skills for Summer Camp each year.

I used to be fairly good at it, and, like Drew, it helps a LOT in those awful ADHD moments. If I can get a handle on my anxiety, it often helps relieve the social anxiety I'm feeling in some situations as well... :) Who knew!
