What is the correct dosage, 1mg per POUND of body weight or 1 mg per KG of body weight ??? Some web sites say pound, others KG....I'm not sure which is correct ?? Any advice ???

1 mg per pound for pycnogenol (which is not the same a pine bark extract, but from the same tree)

Beware that you are not taking Pine Bark Extract thinking it is Pycnogenol. Pycnogenol extraction process is patented. I made this mistake and just realised it a few days ago.
