Hello All~
I have read about other medicines causing problems with a woman's menstrual cycle, but have not seen anything about Concerta. Can anyone tell me what their experience is on this medicine??
I have been on Concerta for 3 months now & have expericenced a very abnormal menstrual cycle
Thanks,
Rach
Rach-
I've always been irregular, and diagnosed perimenopausal at 36 years old  . My gyne put me on hormones (estrogen and progesterone), and that seemed to help.
I've only been taking Concerta since Nov. 1st, and it hasn't seemed to have an impact on that issue, as far as I can tell.
You might want to check in with your gyne, and see if he has anything to say....

I started Concerta about 3 weeks ago (finally diagnosed, and I'm not crazy.. sorta). My cycle is 2 weeks late. I have found nothng that says it can affect cycles either, but I will be seeing my doc in a couple of weeks and I will ask.
