Anyone wanna help me out i am having a lot of problems with my parents communicating always yelling at me and i keep getting in trouble and i really need help...so if anyone has aim my screen name is addictdgamefrk or cheesemuncher4 or i have yahoo messenger which is cheesemuncher4...or u can just post on here any suggestions on what i need to do...please help me....im getting very scared of my parents cuz my dad has lots of anger on me and i really get scared of him............

hi honey, i'm sorry you are having such a difficult time with your parents. what i would suggest you do if the level of fear is getting to the point where you think you're in danger is find someone you trust to talk to. a teacher or guidance counselor, clergy person, other relative.....if that isn't possible, look in the white pages and find the number for the teen crisis line in your area. if your safety is at stake, you need to talk to someone IMMEDIATELY.

if the situation is not that grave, you might try asking your parents calmly to sit down and have a family talk and explain to them how frightened you are.

please keep posting here, pm me, or even email me, so that we know you are ok. there are lots of people here who will be concerned for you and want to offer their support when they see your post.
