Hi and welcome. I've just been recently disgnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder and have been running the gamut, myself, with coming to terms with it. Im very happy to be here and Im looking forward to meeting everyone.

Big hugs Crissy! I am bipolar as well, for those who don't know. Crissy helped me to seek out my doctor to get diagnosed as Bipolar. Crissy is VERY knowledgable about bipolar and other disorders, she's a flipping genious when it comes to this stuff. Of course, this is just my opinion, but when she knows just as much as my therapist does about any disorder I can ask her about, I'd say that she's pretty darn talented. (This means when AUnty Crissy says you have a disorder, go see your doctor for confirmation, because it's more likely than not that you have what she says you have) :-D Love you Crissy! Gary, Im sorry somehow I missed your post. If you head out to the main bipolar area you will find posts with signs and symptoms. Bipolar disorders are a small group of mood disorders characterized by a cycle of highs and lows in mood ( simply put)
