I really really love my car, i bought it last summer. It's a 2001 focus station wagon female name TiTi. It's black with tinted black windows. When i bought it it had 46, 000 km on it, now it has 64,000 km. I bought it with a shifter or manual i am not sure how you say it in english. anyways, i love it, the radio plays great too...very important for me.

Digitl who is fighting her son's of the car , they want to how do they say it,,,oh yeah ..modify it  Put a bigger exhaust, change the pedals, and put something in the motor that makes it sounds louder. I have to admit that they are winning me over. :D But we have yet to compromise on the color...lol

I drive a '95 saturn(manual)..I'm 18 and it's my first car. Her name is Lucy and I LOVE HER! I feel completely lost if it spends half a day in the garage! She has a good radio too..which is abosolutely essential. Driving just isn't the same without music, and she is just so much fun to drive. :)

careful what you do here, guys. as soon as i bought my cool jeep at the beginning of summer 2003, i began to get pulled over by cops at every stinkin' turn! some of them were even goofy enough to ask me for a date after writing a ticket!!!

methinks i should have bought a minivan instead!:)

I'm surprised I havne't actually ever been pulled over. I certainly don't drdive the 50km/hr limit, but I'm not a maniac driver either. I know my cops well..where they are and I can pull a ghost(unmarked) car out of any line. I'm just waiting for it though, I Just don't have the patience to be the perfect law abiding driver. The car doesn't like slowness either :p

Never get arrested with me in the car. I am terrible, actually never get arrested with me anywhere. I just laugh my ***** off. One time many years ago, i was with my bf back then and it's friend and we were STONE. So anywyas we get stopped , and the nice policeman came over the car. I mean right away that was it for me, i was already laughing and imagining all the situation that could happen. He ask for my bf papers, he is so stone he cant remember where they are, he ask is friends that was on the passenger side to look for is paper in the glove compartment, wich was full of papers, things and DRUGS. Me i am in the middle, my body shaking with laughter trying to not laugh outloud, but when the cops put is flashlight in the face of our friend that was looking for the papers, that was it, i just burst out laughing , and could not stop, then the friends start laughing, my bf is dead serious, the cop is also dead serious ... i have to say that i have such a contagious and sincere laugh, ( wich as save me in many occasion.) that usually people just laugh and that is what the cop did finally LOL. I just baffle while laughing that it was my first time getting arrested and i was sooooooooo nervous (poor pure little moi)

Digitl who as such innocent and naive eyes ;)

well, all I know is my car is messy. I clean it up often and then get damn lazy.. but i stays decent more than half the time anyway..
Can't say it is my pride and joy but it takes me from "A" to "B" and I take care of it on the inside as much as I am capable. As long as it is reliable transport..

Woah! Where is the check box for radar detector in the poll?!?!?!!!! I have an Escort Passport 8500 and it's name is fuzzy. I have been pulled over once using it, but that is only once out of many more possible stops! The one time was due to the use of instant-on radar in a deliberately set up trap.

It's a 2001 focus station wagon

Hmm...a woman with ADHD buys a car called "Focus"....

Surely there is a DHM (Deep Hidden Meaning) in this.

I drive a 2000 Ford Power Stroke 4x4 diesel pickup truck. It's been lowered 3", has a roll cage and Corbeau racing seats and Crow harnesses in the cab and an engine that makes 680 hp. Myself and my partner built everything except the roll cage.

It can spank just about any Corvette or Mustang in a 1/4 mile drag race. :D

I have a Subaru WRX. It's manual and has turbo- I LOVE it. :D Haven't gotten a ticket yet (knock on wood). My dad was laughing at me one day - he read this story in the newspaper about someone who got pulled over for going 140mph on New Year's Eve. . . guess what kind of car it was  - lol.

I try to keep it pretty clean, but it's hard when I often drive around with my dog in the back seat - hair and slober everywhere!

Well I have a '97 ford ranger and I washed it once last year and once the year before. I have a manual -- it remindes me that I'm driving, but not always.

2003 Dodge Quad-Cab - It's big, its dirty, and its all truck. Those of you who've had the pleasure of your little rear-view mirror full of a Ram's grill know what I'm talking about. :)

David,
Is it a gasser or a diesel (Cummins)?

pershingd
01-29-05, 07:54 PM
Gasser - 4.7L w/5 speed auto. I would have liked the Cummins, but the costs of owning the 3/4 ton (and my wife's disgust with anything diesel), made me settle for the 4.7L. I didn't get the Hemi simply because I didn't feel like feeding it.

It's very clean. (As long as you don't look under the seats or in the trunk)
