im on 20Mg of Aderall XR. i took my pill this morning(about 7 hours ago) and studied all day. im going to a study group in about an hour...so i popped another pill. i dont know what made me do it. so that means i took like 40mg today. am i in danger? the affects wore off a little so im hoping it passes through a little. help?

im never doing that again. i dont care how many midterms i have.

i wouldn't freak out about it. honestly. you may feel a little wired, perhaps, but that will likely be the extent of it. i'm not suggesting you ever do it again, but i feel the need to reassure you here.

if you were highly sensitve to adderall you wouldn't be on the 20s to begin with. try not to work yourself into a panic attack over the thought of overdose. that happened to me once and i felt like a complete idiot.

if you have some unimaginable reaction, just call your doc. i can tell you with a fair amount of certainty that a pretty decent number of people here have done this, sometimes because they simply forgot they'd taken the damn pill already!!!

try to relax.

dont panic! You'll be OK. Meanwhile you might want to ask your doc about having regular adderral on hand. It clears out in about 3 hours

thanks guys. i really was freaking out. it made me withdraw for the day and i wasnt feeling great but for the most part there was no reason for me to freak out. :)

i've taken more than one of my 20mgs by accident b/c i DID forget
geez...i have yet to devise a truly adhd proof med schedule!
