I don't have a slow cooker, I think I need one. Do you find that you eat better with one?

Yeah.

You know how we all wake up with good intentions for the day?

This allows you to achieve at least 1 - dinner.

Coz you can do it before you get too distracted by everything else.

It sounds like the blender of dinner! I do so good with breakfast smoothies, they are so simple and easy I can't muck it up and skip breakfast.

This sounds like a great idea.

Ok, so not totally on-topic, but just yesterday my cousin posted that she got food poisoning because she routinely leaves porketta (a local version of a pork roast) in her crockpot, for a few days at a time! (because it's convenient) It never occurred to her that she could get sick from leaving meat in a crockpot for a few days at a time!
If she doesn't have ADHD, I'll eat my hat. (of course, there are other reasons I say that, not just the crockpot incident)

Space,

I'd choose the hat over the porketta. :D

Just sayin'.

Now, as to the excellent question posed by this thread ...

As far as "moi" is concerned ... YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS. :faint:

Is sooo NOT allowed in the kitchen for anything other than putting ice in a

glass, or grabbing a yougurt, etc.

u r welcome

My favourite is the lamb roast.

Put the lamb roast (yes straight from the freezer) into the crock pot, season, come home at the end of the day and it's done.

This gives me a good idea... recipe coming.
