Hello all,
I’m new to the whole workout supplement thing. I have never taken any kind of supplements except for some protein drinks/shakes every now & then. I take Dextroamphetamine for my ADD. I have been using creatine, protein, & BCAA’s & have had no problems. Just wondering if anybody knows if any of the pre-workouts will have any negative side effects. Should there be anything specific I should look out for & stay away from? I take my Dextro early (5-6am) in the morn but, I don’t work out till 8/830pm.
