That Low Carb pyramid seems so unhealthy. It's awesome that every food pyramid has Alcohol in moderation and exercise, minus the Low Carb one.
I'll go with the Vegetarian.

Oro Azul tequila comes in a pyramid-shaped bottle, sort of. Does that count? :)

Vegetarian!!! Gotta love veggie meat...
Especially toast with butter and jelly, with a piece of veggie wham right on top!! My favorite!! (especially when on top of raisin-cinnamon swirl toast!!!)
Oh, and no alcohol,please. ;)

Coincidentally I was at the doc last week looking at the food pyramid poster, I live in Spain so it like the Med pyramid and as I was looking at it I was confused as it wasn´t what I had learned in the UK and I wrongly assumed they were the same.

But from the standpoint of survival, the minimum amount of carbohydrates that are required in a diet is zero grams per day. The body can make what little it needs from other sources.

Partic. 1:55 - 2:30 - the ideal diet - I'm pretty sure is a (raw) vegan ketogenic.

[cheese [all dairy], chocolate, meat [all animal flesh], sugar]

He needs to add starch and gluten in also.

And once again - we wind our way towards (raw) vegan ketogenic.
