View Full Version : Sidetracked constantly, mind blank

Sometimes, I feel like I'm 'not there' mentally. Like I'm on autopilot or something. I find myself wandering around my home with no direction and oftentimes forgetting what I'm doing while I'm doing it.

For example, this morning I walked to the bathroom to brush my teeth. After exiting the bathroom, started watching some tv. Then I realized that I didn't brush my teeth; instead, I washed my hands. Then I walked back to the bathroom but somehow ended up forgetting why I went to the bathroom so I stood there thinking my hardest to figure out why I was in there.

This happens daily but isn't confined to brushing my teeth; it can happen while I'm doing anything.

What's the deal? Anybody else have this issue?
