in november, i took 18mg of adderol and 300mg of wellbutrin. my hands/palms would sweat. my hands, arms would shake as well.

in jan. i started concerta (jan 10th i believe.. moved up to 72mg slowly) with 150mg of wellbutrin. my hands/palms sweat and my hands/arms/legs shake badly. i would take the well. + con. at 8am (my ability to focus and get work done was good), and i would be find up into about 1pm-2pm in which case, my hands would start to sweat pretty heavily. my hands would shake as well.

i tried out concerta (72mg my normal dose) with 300mg well. on sunday, and i was a zombie. i didnt really have any side effects that i noticed. But then again, i was zombified and trying to read seem like a chore.

monday and tuesday i went back to my normal dose (72 conc. + 150 mg well.). pretty much worked great up until about 1-2pm than my hands start to shake/sweat like crazy. my foot has even shaken as well.

today, i tried out just conc. 72mg (7am), and i noticed very little shaking in my hands/arms... NO shaking in my legs/feet. my hands shoke a little at roughly 3pm (the only time that i noticed), but i just had come in from being outside (20 degrees today). i was able to work fine and my attention seemed pretty damn good as well. my boss said that my work was good, and i was getting plenty of work done.

i am planning to try 72 tomorrow as well.

ive noticed with wellbutrin, i still have tremors/shaking after the conc. has worn off, not nearly as bad. They slowly disappear, usually by morning, i have none.

Wellbutrin is "stimulant like" and can cause tremors or shaking. It has a very long half life, so it will last much longer than Concerta. Concerta can also cause tremors, and the caffiene in the Pepsi could make either tremor worse.
Have you discussed this with your doctor? Has he/she recommended experimenting in the way that you are? It's not a good idea to make rapid changes in medication like Wellbutrin. Going from 150mg to 300mg to 0mg etc could cause some side effects and won't give you an accurate idea of what will really work. Because of Wellbutrin's long half life (~36hrs), skipping a day won't eliminate it from your system anyway.

ok. last dose was at tuesday 7amish. am i looking at 72 hours until its out of my system? i am thinking i am going to see how i do for a week or two without wellbutrin. my normal dose is 150mg, i had expressed concern to him that with 300mg, i was having some problems before.

I'm taking the 300mg. It works in a very weird way in my system. At first i feel little headache, and i sweat when it's cold. But sometimes i forgot to take it for 2 or 3 days and i feel great. So I don't know if Wellbutrin reallys work for me.
