In the past, I used adderall xr 30 mg on a regular basis for about 8 months. Now, I have begun using it again. I am on 30 mg xr. The first day I experienced nervousness and a cold, tingly feeling which I think stimulated the slight sweating in my hands and in my butt area (yeah, a little embarassing). Has anyone experienced this? Does it go away? I probably should have started out at a lower dose like 15 mg or 20 mg. My heart rate is high too.

Maybe a bit of anxiety happening? Adderall can cause sweats and high heart rate, but if it didn't before..... I would expect that Adderall would increase your resting HR by 20 or 30 BPM (this is what it does for me). You might want to try a lower dose and work your way up?
