It's becoming obvious that sleep abnormalities and ADD/ADHD are correlated. But how many people with ADD/ADHD have had a sleep study, or seen a sleep specialist? I'm going to start a poll to find out! :)

The sleep treatments I have been getting, have helped me concentrate in the day, considerably.

Is that a bad thing to 'study' in your sleep? I've been having great creative dreams lately but also continue to mull over technical things as well. Sometimes those are ridiculously meaningless, last night I actually think I solved a problem in my dreams.

Not bad at all, many problems can be solved in sleep; isn't that the premise behind the age old saying, "Let me sleep on it."

But have you had a sleep study?
