HOw do you take the ritalin out of the capsule? what colour is it? I hate this adderall and it makes me perfunctory and I need my focus back which ritalin does very well! Anyone done this and can tell me which ones are the dex and which are rit?

There is no methylphenidate (the drug in Ritalin) in an Adderall capsule. All of the beads contain the same thing. The beads are different because they are designed to dissolve at different times. Adderall contains a mixture of amphetamine salts, including dextroamphetamine sulphate, but it is not the same as dexedrine.
