I am on 40mgs Adderall XR daily, started meds about 2 months ago, bumped up to 40 about 3 weeks ago.
For the past week my feet and ankles have been painfully swollen, calf cramps at night, hurts both my feet and legs to walk. My feet feel bruised on top and bottom.
Has anyone else ever had this effect from Adderall? I'm thinking that's what it's from. I took my blood pressure and although it was a little higher than normal (I have extremely low bp) it was still not high enough to cause edema.
Nothing will make the swelling go down, not elevating my legs, not exercise, not no exercise, not eating differently.

That is strange and does sound like a good thing. I remember years ago when my grandfather was sick those were some of the symptoms he had before he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure.

Then again it also sounds like sounds of Gout.

Have you called the doctor yet?
