I was just re diagnosed with AD/HD (I was dx as a kid, but thought I outgrew it -- approaching menopause seems to have reinvigorated it). My husband of 18 years is dyslexic and while undiagnosed appears to be ADD. Anybody have any idea of how to make such a home work, especially when one (or both) kids have AD/HD too? We seem to be missing a responsible adult to pick up, clean up, organize, get us places on time, keep track of things, pay bills one time, etc. Not to mention the reactive temperments! The stress can get off scale, especially since my husband is working and back in school again (a major stress producer for a dyslexic). Any feed back would be appreciated. Maybe everyone else was smart enough to marry someone who balanced them rather than shared many of their weakness. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find the keys in our home?! And yes we do have a key rack and 3 sets of keys!
