Judging from how many people are on here at any time of the night, I thought I'd ask how many others can't sleep through the entire night.
Not only when there is some anxious situation happening in our lives, I'm talking about routinely getting up once or twice a night.
I sleep with earplugs in, so it's not a 'sound' that's getting me up, but just 'me' and my zinging thoughts. I can soundly fall asleep again, just in time for the alarm to go off in a few hours. It's frustrating, but it's still nice to know I'm in good company with some of you.
Be well,

Once the Concerta wears off, I tunnelvision on something...God forbid I'm on the computer (like now) because then I can't tear myself away even as I watch the time tick away knowing I have to be up for work soon....

I have a really hard time pushing myself to bed at night, and then when I am in bed no matter how tired I am it takes on average 2 hours to get to sleep because my mind doesn't calm down. My body will shut off, but my mind never does, and depending on what its thinking/dreaming about during the night I may or may not wake up. I often partially wake up, or can consciously think about whats going on in my dream, and yes I do actually get up sometimes too.

I guess its normal(for ADD) to not be able to control what you think about before you fall alseep, is it?

I have nights where i sleep really good and all night.
But some other nights, i will wake up every hour on the hour.

Or i will be many days to wake up always at the same time. Like 1:55 am.
But usually i go back to sleep pretty fast. But i do not get up in the greatest shape tho.
