Yea !!!! I can finally fly with the eagles now that I can take adderall thanks to the beta blockers that subdue my rapid heart beat. I feel incredible on Adderall. My social anxiety had subsided and I'm not longer so overly sensitive to what people say and do. Now I just hope I can get a better night's rest tonight. I'm still feeling energetic eventhough I've only had 5 hrs of sleep. But I think my sleep was disrupted because I took the Adderall at 1pm yesterday. It's 20mg of slow release so from what I've read, it can last in the blood stream for 12 hrs.

I feel like there's hope for me for the first time at the age of 38 :D

Glad to hear it!
The extended release will last up to 12 hours - perhaps longer in some people - so you have to be carefull about when you take it. It's purely for this reason that I prefer "regular release" medications - the only down side is you need to remember to take it during the day.
