"The Complete Guide to Asperger's Syndrome" by Tony Attwood would be a good start. He also has some other books, which are good to read. If you don't have a clue what Asperger's Syndrome is or need a better understanding of it, Tony Attwood's books are the best to start out with because he knows what he is talking about and it is easy to understand.
