Just thought I would pass along a program that I feel is well suited to the needs of ADD'ers.

It's called Life Balance http://www.llamagraphics.com/LB/LifeBalanceTop.html
I've had the palm version for a few years. My only problem is that I always forget to bring my palm, or forget to check it.

I'm planning on purchasing the Windows Desktop version so I can print out to do lists as I seem to work better with paper lists.

The reason I like it is because after you've entered in your main Projects and then broken them down into smaller tasks along with the order they should be completed it will generate to-do-lists consisting of all of the next steps for each of your projects.

You can then generate a list based on where you are (home, work, car etc.) that way you're only viewing the things that can be accomplished right then.

I'm pretty sure they have free trials for all their versions and it's not terrible expensive to buy.

Also,

It works really well with the orginizational methods in David Allen's book "Getting Things Done".

I was given a free trial at the ADDA Conference. I tried it out for a little bit but didn't really get into it. It did seem like a pretty good program.

I believe they offer a free 30 day trial version from their site.

I tried to get Covey's program running, but my outlook and it are not working together well, and its crashing, so someday i will get it running. It looks good and Covey is known for his time management so I am interested in getting it working.

Save yourselves the wasted time and headaches .. and money.. and avoid any software from Franklin Covey. They should stick to Franklin Planners and corporate seminars and stop inflicting their buggy software on us. If you install their junk on your 95, 98, ME, get ready for the BSOD.
