224 down to 203 in under 1 month!

I've cut ALL sugar out my diet apart from fruit. I'm only drinking water, I work out 4-5 days a week for around 30 minutes. I feel better, and I'm starting to shape up.

Ive cut down 1o pounds less soda an less stuffing my face trying to eat 2 times a day
