Im about 5'10" at 210 or so lean. Ive alwase taked very good care of myself (eating right, gym 4 times a week) and had a pretty impressive look. But now that im on adderal, im having ALOT of problems getting the ammount of food in me that I need to maintain my weight. Ive noticed the loss of strength already. Any tips on getting my appitite back up?
