Some supplements help with symptoms without necessarily helping with motivation and productivity. Others seem to aid in becoming more productive.

What has worked for me productivity wise are:

Vitamin d... faster thinking

Timed release vitamin b.. clearer thinking

Brain entrainment beta wave recordings... functioning in the here and now (there are a number of them on YouTube if you want to listen to some)

Exercise. just seems to add general help with the neurological "soup mix".

We are all different. It would be interesting to hear what works for you.

Also, I just heard that meditation is the number 1 treatment after medication. Fact.
But, exercise is awesome too. Vitamin D and B I think help you think clearly, don't they? I have both but never take them.
