I have been single for a while now and this time I really want a long term
relationship. As you all know I'm a charming, sweet, caring and romantic
guy who isn't just into wild and meaningless sex. I want a soul mate, a
lover. I have been searching for a life companion for quite sometime now
but it seems that girls these days don't want to commit.

I often wonder if there is still any romance left in this world. I'm so
sick & tired of girls who just want me because of my body.

I am awoken so many times at night due to booty calls yet they don't want
a relationship. They only call me when they are in heat. I like to take
them out to movies, dinner, concert etc. but everytime I see them, they
just rush me to a motel nearby because they can't handle it no more. And
to tell you the truth. It hurts my feelings. To them, I'm just a sex
object.

Lately, I have been feeling used, abused, violated. I feel that my

WOW! It never would have crossed my mind that men found booty calls offensive. But, then you have feelings just like the rest of us so why wouldn't it hurt. Maybe knowing some background information would help members give advice.

...or just like dropping posts like this in forums to stir up stuff...at 3 posts, I doubt anyone knows this fella to be "charming, sweet and romantic." Any post that starts off with 'walking on the beach' and ends with 'being ridden like a rollercoaster' sounds mighty disingenuous to me.

I think I would get tired of it too.....but being from a long line of potty bellied males it has never been an issue that women want me for my body.....

I know the feeling though...when it comes to MONEY. I've been married twice and in each marriage I've gotten to the point where I felt like I was just around to be the bank....feeling used and abused and unappreciated.
I can see how this would happen if you were a guy with a chippendale dancers body, in your 20's timewise but more mature than the average person in their 20's.

From my own example of the "bank" issue I found that I am responsible for teaching my wive's how to treat me. So, in essence, I've enabled and rewarded the behavior that I hate the most...it ain't fun to find this out and it ain't fun making the adjustments to stop doing it...but it can be done. (Try using the word ain't around women, I hear it really turns them off :rolleyes: )


Of course, I'd be happy to trade issues: since there isn't a day that goes by that I don't wish that I had markl's issue to resolve for myself. :D (How come there isn't a DIRTY SHEEPISH grin icon?)
