Executive Skills in Children and Adolescents : A Practical Guide to Assessment and Intervention (Practical Intervention In The Schools)
by Peg Dawson, Richard Guare
2003
Picked up this book in the UBC Bookstore, and it's great! I want to buyit for reference, but don't have the money at the moment.
Basically, the stuff is done with ADHD kids in mind, using ADHD cases.
The book goes through the various executive functioning skills and presents the basic points, and how to implement such a strategy. Each skill has an accompanying case study to help you out.
It's a neat read, doesn't include all the basic information that some of the more seasoned readers might already know back to front.
It's a very strategy oriented publication.
