I just don't want to stop.

I'm tired of trying.

I want to have a good time until I drop.

Of course you feel that way.

You've stayed up with adrenaline. 5:00 am after a night up feels GREAT for us cyclothymic folks... :)

Just be aware that it's costly to do that too often for too long. Pull all-nighters on a regular basis until you're 40 and you'll start to do some damage...

But nothing wrong with it now and then while you're young and healthy. Just make sure that if it goes past about 40 hours you take a sleep aid. ;)

Ive pulled past 24-48 hours sno plowing n being up, when I crash from it, after theres no more adrenalin and I tell myself dont fight in no more I crash hard.

I haven't felt this good in a long loooong time.
Ok, a week.
But for me that feels like 6 months.

Ok, a week.
But for me that feels like 6 months.

I heard it destroys gray matter in the brain. (I should research it)

But yeah that gives me guilt and feel worthless after it happens.

Both my hippocampus and my frontal lobes are shrinking at an alarming rate.

I must admit it's even harder to focus and process information when hypomanic.

I'm going out tonight. Music and dancing and stuff.

Is that from an mri scan fractured?

No. From what I know about depression and bipolar.

I'm probably not making much sense today.

I have written 5 pages of notes for my next blog.

I have never seen my fingers type so fast. They're a blur!

Now I'm dancing to music.

"Let's find a reason to live"

It's this song by the way. Perfect song for hypomania.

Look at the title. Hear the words.
