So, I've been called intense, thinking too much, angry... blah blah blah...

So it seems that much of this is from a veil of self non acceptance and anxiety.

Work on mindfullness, diet, meds, acceptance will all go a long way.

My question is;

What practical tools has anyone ever used to alter the way they are percieved in interactions with others?

It seems there is an interplay of certain things like PASSIVE vs AGRESSIVE ( mindfullness should do alot here ), Body Language ( They say it's 80% of communication ), and Tone / Colour / Angle of ones phrasing.

Anyone done elocution? Body language "boot camps"..... etc. etc. etc. ?
